Makro Çevre Koruma ve Endüstri Tesisleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Makro Çevre”), located at OSTİM OSB 1202/1 Cad. No:7 Yenimahalle/Ankara, Türkiye, is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data processed and purpose

The name, organisation, email, phone and project information you share through our contact, quote and service forms are processed to respond to your request, prepare offers and communicate with you.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties other than the email service providers used to deliver the forms; it may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.

Cookies and third-party content

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies; browser storage is used only to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. The reference map is loaded from OpenStreetMap and the location map on the contact page from Google Maps; these servers receive your IP address. The short background clip on the home page is served from our own server; the full company film is loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press the play button.
